Major Promotion Policies

Legislation Innovation Project
MOLEG will actively search, revise and abolish statutes that inconvenience the people or burden business activities. Laws, regulations and administrative rules contrary to the constitution are corrected to secure the trust of the people.

The current positive system of “prohibiting in principle and allowing in exceptional cases” will be changed to the negative system of “allowing in principle and prohibiting in exceptional cases.”
