- MOLEG is composed of the following bureaus: Legislation Bureau - Oversees legislative bill review. Bureau of Statutory Interpretation & Information - Operates various statute interpretation and provide convenient legal services to the public. Bureau of Planning & Coordination - Actively seeks out, improves, and abolishes statutes which inconvenience the people or burden business activities, and also directs innovation. Spokesperson’s Office-Directs duties relating to public relations and international cooperation. General Services Division-Manages human resource and general affairs
- MOLEG-Composed of Legislation Professionals
- MOLEG has approximately 160 staff and personnel working relentlessly in order to create good legislations. Over 70% of MOLEG personnel has passed the Judicial Examination or Higher Civil Service Examination and 30% of the total staff has either passed the bar exam or holds either a Ph.D. or a Master’s degree
